Ingredients

Mediterranean sea salt (Sodium chloride), Fractionated MCT Coconut Oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia), Chamomile Essential Oil (Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil), Frankincense Essential Oil (Boswellia Serrata Oil), and Vitamin E Oil (D-Alpha-Tocopherol).

Directions

Gently mix with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase. Always use plenty of water and never use more than 1/8 cup at a time in a sitz bath (2 tablespoons). If using in a regular bath, use 1-2 tablespoons per gallon of water.
